Sludge Ecological Treatment

* Enhanced Microbial Screening Method for Recovering Heavy Metal and Rare Earth Elements and Reducing Pollution and Health Risks    --   The current recovery methods for rare earth elements and heavy metals are divided into two categories: hydrometallurgy and thermal methods. Pollution and labor health hazards include dust, sulfide, cyanide residues, and wastewater. It is difficult to fully recover low-grade input materials . It consumes excessive energy and water. Aiming to reduce environmental pollution and health hazards and save energy and water resources, we explore how to provide greener, more efficient screening methods.
 
We have adopted microbial screening methods for solving the pollution problems and health risks using extracellular and intracellular digestion. We have several pending patents to speed up the cultivation and screening of microorganisms (50 times faster than current efficiencies). This work is based on the principle of microbial metabolism, following the adsorption of specific microbes (A) to specific heavy metals (X) and the aversion of alternative microbes (B) to the specific heavy metals (X).​

By utilizing newly-discovered fermentation technologies to convert and distill sludge into usable resources while simultaneously repairing the biosystem, Royal RSET can greatly decrease your city's toxic footprints through its diversified and multi-staged treatment process. 




1.          Current Status and Future Goals

Status: Industrial standards for waste elimination have always involved the dumping of  dangerous byproducts into the environment, often directly into the atmosphere or bodies of water. Naturally, these toxic wastes often penetrate the surrounding soil and water table, making their removal both costly and laborious.

Goal: Our goal is to filter and purify industrial sludge through efficient, consistent and precise means; producing sustainable energy along the way to help maintain and improve the environment around us.

2.          Our Technology:
Royal Sludge Ecological Treatment Tech (RSET), developed after 20 years of research, deconstructs industrial sludge through numerous diversified processes that combine together to become one of most efficient and eco-friendly system in the industry.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       
→ Innovative Differentiation Techniques: By layering the sludge and selectively extracting workable organic wastes and minerals, RSET can exponentially decrease the mass of the waste while offsetting a significant portion of the costs by producing economic resources.

→ Fermentation: Through the aid of active agents and catalysts, organic matters are easily disassembled.

→ Biostimulation: By stimulating the growth of microbes through environment manipulation, selected microbes are used to convert and improve the soil's quality. By carefully monitoring the amount of electrons, nitrogen, phosphorous etc available to the organisms,  this technology can process even the most toxic sludge into usable fertilizers.

→ Pyrolysis and Gasification Technology (Waste Pyrolyzer System Called WPS )

Using low temperatures ( approximately 600 ℃), and a high carbon conversion rate(>98%)、
our technology does not require any oxygen while eliminating carbonated wastes. Except for recyclable industrial elements, pristine H2O and harmless gases, this process does not produce any other substance.

3.         What Makes RSET Stand Out?

Capable of erasing up to 97% of the sludge treatment plant's request.

–           Does not require large plots of land, low maintenance: RSET only uses 25 *125 feet of land.  The design is very flexible and can be changed to accommodate specific needs and location characteristics. 30% of the air used are recycled from the cycles.

–           High endurance and short activation time: Runs 24/7, produces baseload electricity; works 344 days per year; designed to last for 25 years; only needing additional maintenance every three years.

–           Excess heats are used to purify water.



4.         Economic advantages

RSET dominates over other models by being the most economically viable option. Producing rich fertilizers, self-sustaining electricity, natural gases, and industrial materials , RSET possesses the perfect balance of both green energy and economic viability



Truck transports sludge and other biowastes into a separation center. Inside, the contents are automatically sorted into their respective categories. The truck then leaves, delivering the biomass to the waste pyrolyzer system. The WPS breaks down the materials to produce energy which enables the entire system to be self-sustainable. Excess energy are sold to local distributors. Concentrated carbon dioxide are also produced in the process. These gases are channeled into a clarifier where it assists the natural filtration system in its task of deconstructing the waste. The remnants of these processes produces materials that can be used as fertilizers and other building materials.
